The Fashion division grows
We are pleased to announce that on the 16th March 2018 the leading premium British clothing retailer www.countryattire.com was acquired by Internet Fusion Ltd.
Country Attire is a pure play retailer of men’s and women’s fashion, specialising in British Heritage. With a curated range of brands such as Barbour, Jules, Hunter, Ted Baker and Jack Wills the website has shown consistent growth over the past 10 years and is well positioned to continue this growth driving sales and profit for the wider group.
We are also delighted that Country Attire founders Richard and Jenny Parker will remain as key assets within the larger group helping to drive wider marketing initiatives and the groups vertical brand offering.
The acquisition continues on from the successful integration of both the equestrian websites www.derbyhousestore.com and www.rideawaystore.com and also the mens premium fashion retailer www.the-priory.com.
The recent addition of www.surfdome.com has lead to the group moving to a new centralised 160,000 sq ft warehouse in Kettering and the full systems integration of Surfdome is due ahead of schedule this July.
With our proprietary global technology platform, dynamic and skilled workforce, efficient distribution centre and other acquisitions in the pipeline the future has never looked brighter for Fusion!
