Internet Fusion Group acquires Surfdome
Internet Fusion is very pleased to announce on the 10th October we acquired 100% of the share capital of Surfdome Shop Limited.
The acquisition of the market leading Surf, Skate, Snow online retailer presents a great opportunity for our enlarged business and another exciting chapter in the continued growth of Internet Fusion that currently operates in the action sport, outdoor, equestrian and fashion markets.
The purchase of Surfdome fits with the overall strategy of using our unique technology platform to operate and promote a number of specialist websites. We will continue to promote the core identity of Surfdome as Europe's leading action sports retailer and also look to promote their environmental and sustainability initiatives across the wider group.
We already share a common number of suppliers and the ultimate integration of the two business will mean a profitable, cash generative business with revenues in excess of £80m.
Internet Fusion operates a number of specialist retail websites that already includes sites such as; Webtogs.com, Blackleaf.com and Rideawaystore.com
